Pumpkin pie is a delicious dessert, but what about having it as a drink? Whether it's Thanksgiving or not, you can enjoy a crisp, cold pumpkin pie martini anytime you like simply by using this recipe.

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) vanilla vodka

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) creme de cacao

  • 2.5 oz (75 ml) milk

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Pinch of pumpkin spice

  • Crushed ice

  • 3-5 small marshmallows for garnish (optional)

  1. Pour the milk and pumpkin puree into the cocktail shaker.

  2. Shake the contents 10 to 15 times to ensure that the mixture thickens and combines thoroughly.

  3. Pour in the vodka and creme de cacao, along with a little bit of ice (the more you put in, the frostier your martini will be).

  4. Shake and pour through a cocktail strainer into your glass.

  5. Garnish with a bit of pumpkin spice, or add a few marshmallows for a truly decadent delight.
