Kashmiri Naan is a breakfast item, usually served dipped in Kashmiri Noon chai or tea. This article will take your through the step-by-step process to make it.

  • 2 eggs


  • 4 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander leaves


  • 1 tablespoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder

  • 1 chopped onion


  • 3 chopped green chilies


  • 1 Kashmiri Naan

  • 2 tablespoons oil

Part 1: Preparing the Ingredients



  1. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves to a bowl.





  2. Add the chopped green chilies.


  3. Add the chopped onions.





  4. Add the salt.





  5. Add the Kashmiri red chili powder.





  6. Mix them thoroughly.





  7. Add the contents of the egg. Break and pour in the yolk and egg white.





  8. Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly with a spoon.







Part 2: Cooking the Kashmiri Naan



  1. Place the Kashmiri naan in a non-stick pan.





  2. Pour the egg mixture over the naan.





  3. Spread some oil on the egg mixture and over all the four sides of the naan.

  4. Cook for few seconds. Then turn the naan to the other side with the help of a ladle. Cook it for a few seconds more.





  5. Again, turn the naan. Check if the omelette is cooked properly.
