How to Make Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

4/27/2014

Do you love the taste of freshly picked strawberries? What about the irresistible taste of cheesecake? There's a way you can have both of these wonderful foods, combined. Sounds too good to be true, right? Think again! It's actually very simple and easy to make.

EditIngredients

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla extract

  • 1 box of instant cheesecake pudding

  • 1 pint of heavy whipping cream

  • 1 package of whipped cream cheese

  • 2 boxes of fresh strawberries

EditSteps

  1. Combine all ingredients, except for the strawberries. Take all appropriate measurements of each needed ingredient, excluding the strawberries, and put it in a bowl and mix it together until everything is well mixed.

  2. Put the mixture into a gallon Ziploc bag. Pour your mixture into the bag and seal it up carefully, making sure that there are no holes or openings.

  3. Refrigerate the mixture. Put the Ziploc bag in to the refrigerator and leave it there for forty-five minutes to an hour.

  4. Prepare the strawberries. Carefully wash all strawberries and pat them dry. Cut an "X" in the tip of each strawberry, but do not cut it all the way down.

  5. Put the strawberries in the fridge, until the cheese cake mixture has been in there long enough.

  6. Cut one corner of the Ziploc bag. Open up the strawberries from where you cut the "X" and fill them with the cheesecake mixture.

  7. Finished.

EditTips

  • If you want less, cut the ingredient sizes in half, and only use half the amount of strawberries.

  • If you want more than this, double the recipe and the amount of strawberries.

  • Mixture measurements specified are what work best with the recipe, so don't use too little or too much.

  • Make sure you are working with clean hands, and clean kitchen utensils.

EditWarnings

  • Do not overfill the strawberries.

  • Do not leave the mixture in the refrigerator for over an hour.
