This is a wonderfully easy and tasty recipe. Your family and friends will love it. Serves eight.
Edit Ingredients
- 1+1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 can of corn (drained)
- 1 can of kidney/pinto beans
- 1 can of stewed tomatoes or 1 can diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 2 cans of beef broth
- 1 package taco seasoning and one package of ranch dressing seasoning
- 1 small onion (minced)
- Tortilla chips (optional)
- Shredded cheese (optional)
- Sour cream (optional)
Edit Steps
- Brown ground beef with onion. Drain. Season with onion powder and taco seasoning.
- Add remaining ingredients to ground beef.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Place a handful of tortilla chips in the bottom of a deep bowl. Add soup.
- Top with shredded cheese. The hot soup will melt the cheese topping.
- Add a tablespoon of sour cream and sliced jalapeno peppers (optional on both).
- Serve and enjoy!
