How to Make Gluten Free No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

Hungry? Got the munchies? These gluten-free no-bake peanut butter bars are pretty easy to make. Plus, they're incredibly yummy and peanuts are good for you,[1] so give this recipe a try today!

  • 1 cup (230g) butter, melted

  • 2 cups (170g) graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 cup (120g) confectioner's sugar

  • 1 cup (260g) + 4 tablespoons (65g) peanut butter

  • 1 1/2 cups (250g) chocolate chips

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter.

  2. In a medium sized bowl, put in the graham cracker crumbs and the confectioner's sugar.





  3. Stir in the 1 cup of peanut butter in with the butter.





  4. Mix together all of the above ingredients and stir them well.

  5. Melt the chocolate and the 4 tablespoons of peanut butter. To do that:





    • Put the chips and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl

    • Heat for thirty seconds at a time.

    • Remove from the microwave and stir thoroughly.

    • Continue until it is full melted and mixed together.



  6. Pour the chocolate (white in this case) over the other mixture.





  7. Refrigerate for at least one hour. After setting, the bars/rounds are ready to serve.

  • Measuring cups and spoons

  • Spatula

  • Dish for assembling all of the ingredients

    • 9 X 13 (23 x 33 cm) (for thinner bars)

    • 9 X 9 (23 x 23 cm) (for thicker bars)

    • Mini cupcake holders (for something different)



  • Microwave safe bowl
